A: We only produce muslin products. We are confident of our capability and supply chain.

Q: How long have you been in this line?

A: 4 years from setup date and 6 years for muslin producing.

Q: Do you have GOTS certificate?

A: Yes for organic cotton muslin.

Q: Can your products meet Oeko-tex 100 standard and REACH?

A: Yes.

Q: How to guarantee our designs not sold to my competitors?

A: We will sign NDA with you.

Q: Should I pay for samples available?

A: No. But we’ll require you to pay for courier charge. By this, we want to set up correspondence with real customer. This courier charge will be refunded to you once order booked.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: Generally for trial order, 30% deposit+70% balance payment after bulk inspection and before delivery. For repeat customer, we can accept lower deposit.

Q: Do you accept payment through Alibaba?

A: Yes, but not Escrow because we can not get VAT refunded otherwise price will be increased about 17%.

Q: What is strike off?

A: Strike off is made for you to approve color and pattern of your design printed on muslin then you will see the real printing effect. Hand feel (softness) can not be evaluated on strike off. Size: regular A4 paper.

Q: May I request full size sample with our own prints for marketing?

A: Yes. The sample cost is USD20 per piece and lead time is 10~15 days. But we don’t recommend to do it because it’s digital printing and bulk colors will not be able to duplicate the color shades due to difference printing procedure and condition. But for marketing, it’s a more effective sampling.
