| A: We will sign NDA with you. We also explained to all customers that we can not sell other customers' designs to them. |
| Q: Should I pay for available samples for quality review? |
| A: No. But we’ll require you to pay for courier charge in advance which will be refunded to you once order booked. By this, we want to set up correspondence with real customer. Generally our courier charge is much lower than your own courier rate. |
| Q: What is your payment term? |
| A: T/T, L/C at sight, etc. For old customers, we'll provide very favorable term. Also, we can discuss flexible financial term. |
| Q: Do you accept payment through Alibaba? |
